Introduction: Immunization strengthens the defense mechanism of body and offers protection against potential diseases. The rate immunization is one best measures public health management quality. To increase immunization, parental decisions about vaccinations are very necessary. Parents' knowledge attitude towards influence prevalence infectious Moreover, vaccination considered most cost-effective tools to prevent diseases.Objective: objective this study assess frequency adequate knowledge, positive good practices mothers regarding immunization.Materials Methods: It was a cross-sectional which conducted in Children's Hospital & Child Health Institute, Lahore. A total 125 children who met selection criteria were enrolled. Parents then questioned validated by card status various Expanded Policy (EPI) complete previous records. awareness also that either they aware or not. All data collected reported form questionnaire.Results: In study93 had understanding, 77 practice, 66 immunization. Childs’ gender, mothers’ educational status, socio-economic no significant impact on vaccination.Conclusion: concluded from adequate, however practice not up mark. Â
